TechSpace is a digital repository managed by the Lawrence Technological University Library, dedicated to collecting, preserving, and distributing digital/digitized media created by the University’s students, faculty, and staff. In addition to its role as an open resource, TechSpace plays a key role in preserving the history of Lawrence Technological University, tracing its roots back to its founding as Lawrence Institute of Technology, a name it held from 1932 to 1988. By cataloging and making these materials discoverable through WorldCat, TechSpace ensures global access to the University’s intellectual and historical legacy while facilitating digital preservation and scholarly communication. Currently in its beta phase, TechSpace reflects the University’s commitment to fostering an open educational environment and safeguarding its rich heritage for future generations.
