RefWorks: a bibliographic management tool

Use RefWorks to
  • store and organize your citations
  • share citations with faculty or members of your group (RefShare)
  • create reference lists or bibliographies
  • use the Write N Cite plugin to insert "in text" citations as you type your paper
RefWorks has the capacity to generate your citations in hundreds of different styles. But beware, YOU are still responsible for knowing all of the nuances of the style required for your paper.

Getting Started

The RefWorks Team has created a series of tutorials to help you use RefWorks.  Each playlist –  focuses on various aspects of RW so you can select the topic that best fits your need at the moment. 
If you are just getting started or looking for quick review, try Playlists 1 or 2.  RefWorks is a very powerful tool!  Advanced users may want to learn more about the many features available.
